WyeSass is a three-bedroom holiday house in Wye River on Victoria’s Great Ocean Road, bringing a bright, modern take to the beach house. Gather with family or friends, share a leisurely meal, and watch the changing light across the water.
With three bedrooms and room for six, there’s space to spend time together and find a quiet moment of your own.
Stay cosy with underfloor heating throughout the upstairs level and in both downstairs bathrooms, plus a fireplace with firewood supplied from May through October. For relaxed meals at home, try the Ninja electric barbecue and smoker.

Make yourself at home in our Apple HomeKit house. Enjoy as much or as little of the technology as you like. Regular switches and remotes are available, so you don’t need an Apple device or have to use Siri.
Your music, just ask Siri
Ask Siri to play your favourite song, artist, or a little dinner-time jazz from Apple Music, with HomePod minis in every bedroom and the kitchen, and two full-size HomePods in the lounge. Music throughout the house, with just your voice.
Set the mood
Dim the lights, change their colour, open or close the blinds, and adjust the floor heating, all with Siri.
Settle in for a film
The 65-inch Samsung TV has Netflix and Amazon Prime Video apps available. Access to WyeSass’s streaming accounts may be unavailable if a previous guest has signed out, so you may need to sign in using your own account details.

Our hillside setting
WyeSass sits in the hills of Wye River. There are 30 steps from the driveway to the front door, so guests should be comfortable using stairs. Like most homes in Wye River, WyeSass does not have step-free access.
The outdoor steps have timber frames filled with landscaping stones, and the footing may be uneven. Dogs with sensitive paws may find this surface uncomfortable.
If you have any questions about whether the access will suit your group or your dog, please check with our property manager before booking.
Walking to the beaches and village
Wye River Beach, Separation Creek Beach, Wye Beach Hotel, and the General Store are within walking reach for guests comfortable with steep hills. The route includes uphill and downhill sections, with a substantial climb on the return to WyeSass.
Walking can be an enjoyable option for active guests and families accustomed to hills. If you have limited mobility, find steep walks challenging, or simply prefer an easier trip, driving may be more suitable.
Outdoor security cameras
For security, WyeSass has two exterior cameras and a doorbell camera, all facing outdoor areas. They record video only, with audio recording disabled.
